Very good gastronomy doesn't have to be far away and is extremely expensive. A good example of this can be found in the small and idyllic village of Kriebethal. The Zschopautal restaurant is run by the extremely friendly boss Peggy Richter (neither related nor related to me. Unfortunately!). Their inviting and hospitable nature is transferred 1: 1 to the staff, from which you can benefit 100% as a guest. The kitchen is mostly German and tastes great. Cooking is fresh where there can of course be longer waiting times, which one actually gladly accepts. The dining room is unfortunately not the largest, but it is very cozy. It is therefore advisable to either order in advance or call so as not to have to move on unsuccessfully and hungry.

The food is well prepared. The tongue was very good, asparagus was not a new one that was said in the order, was still good. But the croquettes were too deep fried, as you can see on the picture. But everything was ok, entertainment was very good.

Today we were there again for a visit and again we were warmly welcomed. The boss knew that we had booked what was several months ago and we were not in the book: D The atmosphere is very pleasant and we like to be guests here. The dishes are very tasty and always worth a visit. The prices are all very reasonable for a restaurant and the boss also takes the time to chat with the guest :) From me there are clearly 5 out of 5 possible stars including images :) LG. CoreFusion
